The Halloween season is open! Starting with a very quick and simple and… yeah… messy recipe. Why messy? Because the melted marshmallows are VERY sticky and VERY unwilling to detach from your fingers once you’ve touched the surface of the muffin. Nevertheless, I think, a good start.
- 200g flouf
- 190g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150ml milk
- 50g butter
- 50g cocoa powder
- black fondant
- prepare the muffin batter as usual and bake it for 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven) in a 180 °C oven and let them cool on a rack;
- roll out the fondant and cut out eyes and mouths with knife or a tip and set aside;
- melt the marshmallows in the microvawe oven and stir around and spread on the muffins with a spatula and decorate with the eyes and the mouths and serve.
