This one is a retake on a recipe a did a couple of weeks ago. Remember I was telling that I felt the mustard was too overpowering? This time I tried to tone it down with a little bit of crème fraîche, but I’m still not convinced, I’ll have to try another mustard… (yeah! another trip to IKEA).
- mini vol-au-vents
- smoked salmon
- dill mustard
- fresh dill
- crème fraîche
- chop the smoked salmon and put it in a bowl with some mustard, add the crème fraîche;
- add the chopped dill and season with salt;
- put the mixture into the mini vol-au-vents and serve.
