Mini vol-au-vent with smoked salmon and dill mustard

This one is a retake on a recipe a did a couple of weeks ago. Remember I was telling that I felt the mustard was too overpowering? This time I tried to tone it down with a little bit of crème fraîche, but I’m still not convinced, I’ll have to try another mustard… (yeah! another trip to IKEA).

Ingredients:

  • mini vol-au-vents
  • smoked salmon
  • dill mustard
  • fresh dill
  • crème fraîche
  • salt

Method:

  1. chop the smoked salmon and put it in a bowl with some mustard, add the crème fraîche;
  2. add the chopped dill and season with salt;
  3. put the mixture into the mini vol-au-vents and serve.
