A brief interruption in the stretch of recipes about and around Halloween (next time I’ll publish the last one for this year), small pork and beef rolls you can prepare very quickly with some leftover ground meat. You press the seasoned meat together into a roll and wrap it in prosciutto and cook it like a sausage.
- mixed ground meat
- chop the chillies, the garlic and the onions very finely and add them to the ground meat, season, press well to form a sausage and wrap into prosciutto;
- cook them in a hot pan with some olive oil, with the ending part of the prosciutto slice face down at first;
- once cooked, slice to bitesize chunks and serve still warm.
