I know, I must have posted already tons of recipes about salmon tartare. What can I say? I love salmon. I love raw salmon even more 😉
- fresh salmon
- lime juice and zest
- olive oil
- fresh coriander
- really? ok, cut the fish into the smallest dices, add the chopped chillies, shallots and coriander, add the zest and the juice of a lime, season, add some olive oil;
- butter the bread and pan fry it;
- spread the tartare on top of the bread, cut and serve.
