I don’t think it can go any worse, I mean unhealthy than this… Can it? But the skin was watching me with big puppy eyes, crying “noooo, don’t throw me in the bin just because you’re preparing bressane” and “don’t waste me”. And what better solution than fry? 😉

Ingredients:

  • duck breast fat
  • frying oil
  • salt

Method:

  1. isn’t it self-explanatory? well, detach fat from duck, cut in stripes, fry in hot oi, take out, salt and eat, right away,
  2. … without feeling guilty!
