Flammekuche with bacon cubes and onion

I know this is not the fist flammekuche recipe I post. Possibly I even wrote recipe differently. Well. Here this new option. I ran across flammekuche dough, with has a different flavour and is rolled out more thinly than usually. And so I bought it, and used it. In two different ways. This is one of them.


  • flammekuche dough
  • crème fraîche
  • red onions
  • bacon cubes
  • black pepper


  1. spread the dough with crème fraîche, sprinkle the bacon cubes and the thin sliced onion on top and bake for about 5-10 minutes at 230 °C ventilated oven;
  2. cut into cubes and serve.
