Did I say that I won’t be frying again this year? Well there go my new year’s resolutions…. But I didn’t buy any chips yet. So at least I’m trying 😉 I know I have published other wan tan recipes (am I writing it correctly BTW?) but I’ve posted them sooo long ago I don’t even remember the taste of it, and so here goes another try.
- mixed ground meat (pork and beef)
- soy sauce
- hoisin sauce
- sesame oil
- mix the meat with the chopped garlic, chilli, ginger, coriander and add a little bit of sesame oil, hoisin sauce and soy sauce;
- put a teaspoon of the mixture onto the wan tan dough piece, brush with water on the edges, fold it and press the ends together closing it;
- fry in shallow oil and serve right away.
