This one is for those who don’t want to have fried food (for some reason or another). These wantans are steamed over vegetable stock.
- mixed ground meat (pork and beef)
- soy sauce
- hoisin sauce
- sesame oil
- mix the meat with the chopped garlic, ginger, and add a little bit of sesame oil, hoisin sauce and soy sauce;
- put a teaspoon of the mixture onto the wan tan dough piece, brush with water on the edges, fold it and press the ends together closing it;
- steam over vegetable stock and serve right away.
