Vanilla fudge

Let’s start 2015 with a sweet taste. Some vanilla fudge I added to my cookie gift bags I alwasy give at Christmas time. They’re very simple and you can also enlist the help of fairly youg helpers (like for breaking down the chocolate, or stir it)  😉

Ingredients:

  • white chocolate 340g
  • sweet condensed milk (1 tube – 125ml)
  • vanilla extract

 

Method:

  1. chop the chocolate and put in a bowl;
  2. add the condensed milk and microwave in 30 secs on high, stirring in between;
  3. add the vanilla extract and some of the sprinkles and pour in a glass baking dish that has been lined with aluminum foil and greased (yes! you need to do both things);
  4. smooth down and add some more sprinkles on top and leave to cool completely;
  5. for better chopping afterwards I suggest you put it in the fridge to cool and then cut to small pieces (I thing so small 1cm cubes are the best, otherwise you’ll have too much sweet at once).
