Noodles and beef

What do you do when you have a little bit of chinese noodles left over from lunch? You recycle, exactly. But instead of tossing them all together into a pan, why not try do something different. Asian bites of noodles and beef. Have a try yourself 😉


  • cooked noodles
  • beef
  • chillies
  • coriander
  • spring onion
  • sesame oil
  • soy sauce
  • fish sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • egg


  1. heat some sesame oil in a pan and cook the beef, when it’s almost cooked add a little bit of oyster and soy sauce and let it caramelize;
  2. take away the meat from the heat and leave it to rest;
  3. finely chop the veggies and mix them with the cooked noodles;
  4. combine the soy, fish and oyster sauce and the egg, mix well and add to the noodles;
  5. spray a minimuffin tin with some cooking oil and distritbute the mixture;
  6. cook in the oven at 230 °C for about 10 minutes and serve with a slice of the meat on top.
