Scallops fritters

Scallops fritters

It’s what you do when your frezer gives up on you and you have this bag of scallops left in there and you have to use it. It turned out ok 🙂


  • scallops
  • chilli
  • coriander
  • egg white
  • bread crumbs
  • fish sauce
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • sugar
  • rice vinegar


  1. put the chilli, along with the scallops and the coriander into the food processer, add breadcrumbs, egg white and fish sauce, season with salt&pepper;
  2. prepare the little fritters and while they’re frying prepare the dipping sauce using chopped chillis and coriander, mixed with soy and fishsauce, sesame oil rice vinegar and sugar.
