Another very simple recipe. Really. In fact, you don’t even need the scales. Why? Because you can measure all the weights with the yogurt cup.
- 150g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 strawberry yogurt
- 2 yogurt cups of sugar
- 3 y.c of flour
- baking powder
- cream cheese
- whipped cream
- prepare the cake mixing the wet ingredients and adding the dry ones;
- bake for about 70 minutes at 200 °C and take out to cool completely;
- prepare a strawberry coulis and mix with sugar, whipped cream and cream cheese and spread on the divided cake;
- cover and coat with whipped cream, add the crushed meringues around and decorate with strawberries on top.
