Seems like I’ve been baking too much lately… well, may is one of those months in the year in which a lot of birthday are occurring. So, I have to. Really. And before that I had to test. Really. Here one of the last ones and after that I promise I’ll do again savoury recipes again, agreed?


  • 200g flour
  • 190g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150ml milk
  • 50g butter
  • 60g cocoa
  • baking powder
  • salt
  • icing sugar
  • butter
  • raspberry aroma
  • sprinkles


  1. come on people! same old same old. Mix the dry ingredients, mix the wet ones, combine and cook at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes;
  2. prepare the buttercream mixing butter and icing sugar and adding a little bit of raspberry aroma and milk until you reach the consistency of your liking;
  3. use your best swirl and decorate with some sprinkles.
