Shrimp, courgette and bacon kebap

I know I promised a savoury recipe. But I’ve been very (very) busy last week baking a staked cake. But, you know how it is, don’t make promises you can’t keep. So, this is a very quick and easy one to put on the grill or cook in the pan. It works either way.


  • shrimps
  • courgette
  • bacon
  • thyme
  • salt&pepper
  • olive oil


  1. prepare strips of courgette using the potato peeler;
  2. put a strip of bacon on the cutting board, add the strip of courgette, add some fresh thyme leaves and season;
  3. add the shrimp and roll as tightly as you can and fix with 2 skewers, add a little bit of olive oil and cook and serve immediately.
