Breadballs with cheese and spicy salsiccia

I know, it’s something fried again. But it’s soo good. So why not? And by the way, it’s been a long time since I’ve fried something. So just suck it up and go with it. 😉


  • flour
  • salt
  • sugar
  • yeast
  • water
  • spicy italian salsiccia
  • cheese


  1. prepare the dough and let it rise for at least an hour;
  2. cut the cheese and the spicy salsiccia;
  3. form the balls adding the cheese and the meat in it and closing it well (don’t wanna loose the cheese in the oil) and fry;
  4. serve immediately.
