I know, it’s something fried again. But it’s soo good. So why not? And by the way, it’s been a long time since I’ve fried something. So just suck it up and go with it. 😉
- spicy italian salsiccia
- prepare the dough and let it rise for at least an hour;
- cut the cheese and the spicy salsiccia;
- form the balls adding the cheese and the meat in it and closing it well (don’t wanna loose the cheese in the oil) and fry;
- serve immediately.
