Have you read the previous post? I’ve been hacked! Damn! Who even wants to hack me? Why? Oh, don’t think I’m on a selfpitying trip or something. This whole thing was just highly annoying. But let’s just leave it at that and go on with something more pleasant. Like B
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of chopped white chocolate (the origin of this recipe are American, and since I bought US cups, tablespoons and stuff I won’t convert it)
-
2 eggs
-
3/4 teaspoon salt
-
1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 cup small cubed white chocolate (or chips, if you have them)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
-
1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- handful of pinenuts
Method:
- preheat the oven at 175°C, grease and flour (better also add a piece of baking paper) a roughly 24×12 cake pan and melt the chocolate and the butter in the microwave oven (1 30sec thrust should already do it);
- beat eggs until foamy and gradually add the sugar and vanilla; add in the melted white chocolate mixture;
- combine the flour and salt; fold into the white chocolate mixture using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon;
- fold in the white chocolate cubes (or chips) and spread evenly in the pan;
- bake for 25 minutes and sprinkle the pinenuts on in the last 5 minutes of baking, cool on a rack and serve.
