What to do with a couple of not-so-fresh-looking-anymore bananas laying around in the kitchen? Nobody eats brown bananas. But. They are perfect for pancakes. Smush them in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and you can hide some fruit into food your offspring will eat. 🙂
- very ripe bananas
- smush the bananas into a bowl;
- add flour, salt, sugar, milk and eggs and beat the devil out of it (or until you see bubbles appear);
- put a little bit of butter in a hot pan and cook the pancakes;
- spread some nutella, roll, cut and serve.
