It can’t get any easier than this. Get a sheet of puff pastry, roll it out, spread, roll, cut, bake and eat. Now go and try it out!

- pesto calabrese
- grated cheese
- roll out the pastry;
- spread it with pesto calabrese;
- add some grated cheese on top (parmigiano reggiano);
- roll back again, cut in the middle, lengthwise and braid;
- bake at 200°C for 10-20 minutes (it’ll be a little over 10…), let it cool down and eat.
