Puff pastry with Pesto Calabrese

It can’t get any easier than this. Get a sheet of puff pastry, roll it out, spread, roll, cut, bake and eat. Now go and try it out!

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry
  • pesto calabrese
  • grated cheese

Method:

  1. roll out the pastry;
  2. spread it with pesto calabrese;
  3. add some grated cheese on top (parmigiano reggiano);
  4. roll back again, cut in the middle, lengthwise and braid;
  5. bake at 200°C for 10-20 minutes (it’ll be a little over 10…), let it cool down and eat.
