Pretzel roll with blue cheese and onions

Finally! I can post images again! To get to this result I had to have my chrome reinstalled. Gah! This was annoying. But enough about not food related stuff that can ruin your day and back to food. Yes, food. I had this pretzel roll left over because someone (wink to other half) didn’t tell me he was going to have sushi for lunch. So I decided to use it for a little nibble.


  • pretzel roll
  • butter
  • blue cheese (roquefort)
  • onion


  1. slice the pretzel roll and brown it a little bit in a pan with some butter;
  2. dry the excess butter with some kitchen paper, after that spread the blue cheese on top and decorate with some onions.
