Pull apart Nduja bread

I’ve seen a lot of pull apart bread recipes going around lately. So here my version of it. I still had some nduja left in the fridge and it had to be used, but to tone it down, because it’s quite spicy, I’ve added some cheddar.

Ingredients:

  • 400g flour
  • 100g chilli bread flour mix
  • 3,25dl water
  • dry yeast
  • salt
  • sugar
  • butter
  • garlic
  • nduja
  • cheddar

Method:

  1. prepare the dough and leave it in a warm place to rise;
  2. take a nut-sized ball of dough, flatten it out and put an espresso spoon of nduja and a little piece of cheddar, close it and roll, place it in an oiled springform pan, repeat until you’ve used up all of the dough;
  3. brush with butter and garlic and bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C, leave to cool.
