Mini strawberry cheesecakes

It’s been sometime since my last sweet post. Here some mini cheesecakes. Quick and easy to do and that don’t require too many ingredients.

Ingredients:

• cake dough
• philadelphia
• cream
• vanilla paste
• icing sugar
• strawberries

Method:

1. cut out rings of dough and place them on the bottom of a muffin tin, prick with a fork and bake;
2. beat the cream cheese with some vanilla paste and some icing sugar, add some cream;
3. cut the strawberries;
4. spoon the cream onto the baked cakes, decorate with strawberries and serve.
