Blood sausage crostini

Couldn’t be any easier. Have any blood sausage left over from the previous night? Slice it, cook it in a pan and put it on a piece of toasted bread. Yummy!


  • blood sausage
  • butter
  • bread
  • onion shoots


  1. slice the blood sausage and cook it in a pan with some butter;
  2. toast the bread, spread it with butter when it’s still warm;
  3. put the sausage slices on the bread and add some fresh onion shoots.
