Before having sushi at home I wanted to add a little nibble to go along with the wakame salad, let’s go for some octopus in teriyaki sauce!
- bay leaves
- teriyaki sauce
- sesame oil
- sesame seeds
- bring some water to the boil, add the octopus, bay leaves,salt and some lemon slices, cook for 30-40 minutes;
- drain, cut into bitesize pieces and sauté them in a pan with some sesame oil;
- add the teriyaki sauce;
- just before serving sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds on top.
