Tostones

There really isn’t much to say about this one. It’s vegetarian, heck no, it’s even vegan and it’s fried. What else could you ask for?

Ingredients:

  • plantains
  • frying oil
  • salt

Method:

  1. cut the plantains
  2. fry them a first time for 3 minutes, take them out of the frier, dry them and “squish” them, fry a second time, dry and salt and serve.
