Back (sadly) from the holidays I brought something with me. This recipe (tasted already before leaving), perfect for a day among the trulli of Apulia.
- 500g flour
- 3,25dl water
- 7g dry yeast
- mozzarella di bufala
- chilli flakes
- prepare the pizza dough and leave to rise for at least 1 hour;
- spread the dough on the baking sheet, sprinkle the chopped mozzarella on top and the cooked potatoes right after;
- add some chopped rosemary and bake;
- once cooked you can add some chilli flakes to taste.
