Pizza alle patate

Back (sadly) from the holidays I brought something with me. This recipe (tasted already before leaving), perfect for a day among the trulli of Apulia.


  • 500g flour
  • 3,25dl water
  • 7g dry yeast
  • sugar
  • salt
  • mozzarella di bufala
  • potatoes
  • rosemary
  • chilli flakes


  1. prepare the pizza dough and leave to rise for at least 1 hour;
  2. spread the dough on the baking sheet, sprinkle the chopped mozzarella on top and the cooked potatoes right after;
  3. add some chopped rosemary and bake;
  4. once cooked you can add some chilli flakes to taste.
