I know, it’s not like you can sit here with a spoon in your hand and stuff your face with this jam. Or can you? Anyway. A very quick and easy recipe for a jam that it’s not too sweet.
- lime zest and juice
- jelling agent
- clean and prepare the fruit;
- put the fruit in a pot and add the jelling agent;
- once it’s all dissolved and the fruits starts bubbling add the sugar, and cook for ca. 10 minutes;
- fill in sterilized glasses.
