Feta and lemon pesto cigars

The last days of summer. They’re already here, sadly. Let’s not waste any of them and feast with a summery little nibble. Youfka dough used to wrap lemon pesto and crumbled feta. Yummy!

Ingredients:

  • youfka dough
  • feta
  • lemon pesto
  • olive oil
  • grated parmesan

Method:

  1. roll out single sheets of youfka dough and spread some lemon pesto;
  2. crumble the feta on top and roll to close the cigars;
  3. brush with olive oil and sprinkle some grated parmesan on top;
  4. bake for ca. 10 minutes at 230°C in a hot air oven.
