The last days of summer. They’re already here, sadly. Let’s not waste any of them and feast with a summery little nibble. Youfka dough used to wrap lemon pesto and crumbled feta. Yummy!
- youfka dough
- lemon pesto
- olive oil
- grated parmesan
- roll out single sheets of youfka dough and spread some lemon pesto;
- crumble the feta on top and roll to close the cigars;
- brush with olive oil and sprinkle some grated parmesan on top;
- bake for ca. 10 minutes at 230°C in a hot air oven.
