Tarte Marguerite

Yup. This ist the last one, from next week it’ll be over with extra everything, oh no, wait. It’ll be extra veggies and fruits. I feel like I’m still in the anger phase… Let’s not dwell on anger and go to the recipe. It’s a lovely tarte, usually prepared by a member of the family. I’m sure mine is not completely accurate, but it still was very tasty.

Ingredients:

  • flammekuche dougn
  • tomatoes
  • dried herbs
  • salt&pepper
  • grated cheese
  • mustard

Method:

  1. preheat the oven at max temperature;
  2. spread the dough with mustard, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and layer it with the thinly sliced tomatoes;
  3. season with salt&pepper and the dried herbs;
  4. bake according to the instructions on the packet and serve warm.
