Yup. This ist the last one, from next week it’ll be over with extra everything, oh no, wait. It’ll be extra veggies and fruits. I feel like I’m still in the anger phase… Let’s not dwell on anger and go to the recipe. It’s a lovely tarte, usually prepared by a member of the family. I’m sure mine is not completely accurate, but it still was very tasty.

- dried herbs
- grated cheese
- preheat the oven at max temperature;
- spread the dough with mustard, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and layer it with the thinly sliced tomatoes;
- season with salt&pepper and the dried herbs;
- bake according to the instructions on the packet and serve warm.
