Ingredients

  • eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • cream cheese
  • sour milk
  • chillies
  • lemon pesto
  • bresaola
  • dill
  • salt&pepper

Instructions

cook the eggs, let them cool and peel them;

crisp up the bresaola in a pan without any oil and leave to cool;

divide the egg yolks into two bowls, and mash them with a fork;

in the first one add a couple of tablespoons of lemon pesto, some cream cheese and sourmilk, mix well;

in the other add some mayonnaise, mustard, sour milk, chopped chillies and finely chopped bresaola;

put the two mixtures in piping bags and pipe it back into the egg whites;

decorate the one with the pesto with a little sprig of dill and the one with the bresaola with some more bresaola on top.
