Strawberries have started to come into season. A perfect little dessert with strudel dough.

- strudel dough
- mint sprigs
- cream cheese
- blanc battu
- vanilla extract
- icing sugar
cut the strudel dough into squares of about 12cm;
brush some melted butter on one square and add a second square, slightly on an angle on top, and another one (so 3 squares per "basket");
prepare a muffin tin, turn it upside down and brush the "domes" with melted butter and press down the 3 squares buttered together;
bake following the instructions on the dough's package (5-8 min at 180°C);
take out and leave to cool on a rack;
mix the cream cheese with the blanc battu, the icing sugar and the vanilla extract;
slice the strawberries;
add a spoonful of cream cheese mix in the bottom of the basket, add the strawberries and decorate with a sprig of mint and some more icing sugar.
