- toast bread
- cream cheese
- hard boiled eggs
- selection of cheeses
- selection of sprouts
- selection of cured meats
prepare the mousses that go inside the smorgastarta: in my case ham and mozzarella;
blizz the ham with a little bit of cream cheese and some cream, do the same with the mozzarella;
place the first layer of toast bread on your serving plate and spread some of the first mousse;
add the second layer and spread the second mousse and a third layer of bread;
cover the stacked bread with a layer of whipped cream and cream cheese;
decorate with the hard boiled eggs and olives, cheese and meat.
