Unicorn fudge

I swear! No unicorns have been harmed for this recipe. And what fun it was to make. I’m sure, my little helpers had even more fun than me once we got to the sprinkling part… I only wish I had a little bit of glitter…..

Serves: 20 Cooking Time: 10 min


  • 680 white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • vanilla essence
  • pink food colouring
  • violet food colouring
  • mini smarties
  • sprinkles (a LOT of)
  • parchment paper
  • 20cm square pan



break down the chocolate and put it in a microwave-proof bowl along with the cream;


melt it in 45 seconds blasts and always stir it for 1 minute in between;


once melted add the vanilla essence and the food colouring;


pour and spread around in the cake pan that has been lined with parchment paper;


add the minismarties and the sprinkles, pat down and add some more;


put in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes, cut and serve.
