Oats coated chicken strips

As promised, no sweets this week. I think I will do this recipe again, but next time I’ll toast the oats before using them to coat the chicken.

Oats coated chicken strips

  • chicken breast
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • cayenne pepper
  • blend of spices for chicken
  • quark
  • water
  • oats
  • sour milk
  • sriracha



dilute a tablespoon of quark in a little bit of water and mix in all the spices;


add the chicken cut into strips and leave to marinate (at least 1h);


take out the chicken strips and coat them with oats;


cook in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes;


serve with the dipping sauce made of sour milk and a dash (or more) of sriracha.
