… and I’m back. Back from holiday (that was fun), from IT problems (less fun) and from keeping the wild ones busy. So here to start the new season a little spoon with some tuna tartare. Enjoy.
Tuna tartarePrint Recipe
- lime (zest and juice)
- sesame oil
- soy sauce
- fish sauce
chop the coriander, ginger and habaneros;
chop the tuna;
mix and add the juice, soy and fish sauce, add the sesame oil;
mix in the zest and season with salt&pepper.
