It’s been soo long since my last savoury recipe. Had to prepare something nice to nibble on while sipping a glass of white wine! So here how to get rid of that old can of crab meat from the back of the cupboard and make it taste good.
Crabcakes

- canned crab
- eggwhite
- shiitake
- coriander
- chilli
- ginger
- garlic
- spring onion
- salt
- breadcrumbs
- olive oil
- soy sauce
Instructions

blend all the ingredients but the oil, the bread crumbs and the soy sauce in the mixer;

pour in a bowl, adjust the seasoning and add a couple of spoons of breadcrumbs to firm it up;

add some olive oil in a hot pan and forme some quenelles;

once in the pan, pat them down a little bit to ensure even cooking;

serve with soy sauce on the side.
