I’ve posted soooo many recipes with carbs. No more, at least for today. Let’s have a cleansing meal, shall we? A little bit tofu (which can be good, really), some shirataki noodles and fresh veggies, nothing better to calm the conscience at the beginning of the year 😀
Shirataki noodles stirfry

- shirataki noodles
- curry tofu
- spinach
- soybean sprouts
- mushrooms (champignon)
- zucchini
- spring onions
- salt&pepper
- soy sauce
- oil
Instructions
1
cook the noodles according to the instructios;

prep all the veggies and the tofu;
3
heat some oil in a pan;
4
add the tofu;
5
add the veggies and stirfry;
6
season and add a splash of soy sauce;
7
add the noodles, mix well and serve.
