- garlic powder
prepare the first sauce (can be used on rice and for dipping any kind of stuff)
chop garlic, ginger, chilli and coriander, add in a bowl;
heat 40 ml of vegetable stock, add in a teaspoon of honey and one of sesame oil;
add 150ml of soy sauce and combine with all the choppend ingredients;
blizz the chickpeas with a spoonful of skyr, some salt and pepper;
combine the two sauces and serve.
