Ingredients

  • toast bread
  • cream cheese
  • mascarpone
  • whipping cream
  • eggs
  • charcuterie
  • pistachios
  • gorgonzola mascarpone
  • mayonnaise
  • horseradish mousse
  • mustard
  • tapenade
  • onion sprouts
  • chives
  • parsley
  • capers
  • olives

Instructions

1

cut the crust off the bread and line 4 slices on a board;

start making the layers adding something creamy (mayo, gorgonzola/mascarpone, tapenade) and a layer of charcuterie (ham, salami, you name it), cheese or sliced hardboiled eggs, repeat;

cover with a cream made of cream cheese, mascarpone, whipping cream;

decorate on the sides with chives and chopped pistachios;

decorate on top with onion sprouts, capers, parsley, olives and some more charcuterie;

leave in the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
