Because I’m always trying to find “new” recipes that require less fat to nibble on whilst not settling for munching on a carrot or celery sticks I found this one here…

Chicken fillet kebabs

Ingredients

  • chicken fillets
  • coriander
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • chillies
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • soy sauce
  • skewers

Instructions

soak the skewers in some water;

blizz garlic, chopped ginger and chillies and the coriander, add garlic and onion powder and the soy sauce;

take some of the sauce away and save for later;

marinate the chicken fillets (at least 15 min.);

put the fillets on the skewers and place on a baking tray;

add some of the marinade on top;

cook in a preheated ventilated oven at 230°C for 7-10 minutes and serve (with the sauce).
