I know, I know. It’s been a while. I took a creative pause. Or so. I felt like my mind was running around in circles and I always landed with the same stuff. Plus. The heat. No believe me, THE HEAT this summer. Dried out all the creativity. So here one first fall-y recipe. A quick little nibble as usual.
Turkey egg-rollsPrint Recipe
- 3 eggs
- olive oil
- smoked paprika
- granulated garlic
- jalapeño mustard
- plain mustard
- sliced turkey
beat the eggs and add in the spices, season;
cook the "crèpe" and leave to cool;
spread both mustards on top and cover with the sliced turkey;
roll very tightly and leave in the fridge to set;
slice and serve.
